Three Garmin 9219 Units
Our expertise in custom router template cutting delivers a sleek, one-panel look for the glass helm. Achieving high precision, we ensure a clean and minimalist design that aligns perfectly with the owner's vision.

Laser Cut Panda Bracket
Utilizing laser-cutting, we seamlessly integrated a smaller generator display into the dashboard, maintaining the factory Grady White aesthetic while enhancing functionality.

Laser Cut Fuel Flow Brackets
We crafted using CAD software, our fuel flow monitors are designed to excel in the demanding engine room environment. Constructed from stainless steel with precision laser cutting and bending techniques

ANG Converter Install
Facing the challenge of a European-powered vessel in the U.S., we installed an ANG converter. This versatile system seamlessly converts any voltage/frequency to a consistent 230V 50Hz output, ensuring reliable power wherever the vessel docks.

Custom Garmin 8622 Bracket
To meet our customer's request for Garmin's largest unit with a bail mount, unavailable on the market, we custom-designed a solution. Next up: black powder coating for a polished finish.

Generator Transfer Switch
Called in to address a corroding generator transfer switch, we took action. Our solution? Retrofitting a stainless steel box to house all transfer equipment, positioned directly on the beach. This upgrade ensures durability and reliability, even in harsh coastal conditions.

480 to 240 3phase Shore Power
When a 110-foot yacht needed two 100 amp 240V three-phase connections for haul-out maintenance, we stepped in. Crafting a custom-built transformer precisely to the vessel's specifications, we ensured seamless power delivery, meeting the yacht's exact needs with precision and reliability.

Starlink Install
Just in time for the Bahamas, we replaced the old KVH unit with a sleek marine Starlink unit, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity aboard the yacht.

Mase Generator Replacement
With low usage and prolonged inactivity taking its toll, the generator met its demise. Worn rings from rusty cylinder walls contributed to compression issues. We promptly replaced the generator, getting the vessel back to fishing.

Garmin 8616 with New Dash
We created a custom laser-cut dash to accommodate both the original equipment and a new Garmin unit with integrated forward-looking sonar.

Redesign LED Lighting
We've given the name plate a vibrant and bold "Miami" look, adding a touch of flair and energy to its appearance.

Load Bank Testing
Before reinstalling the generator on the vessel, we conducted load bank testing while it was on the hard. This proactive approach allowed us to identify and address any issues before sealing the deck, mitigating the risk of costly repairs once the boat splashed back into the water.
